This is an absolute beauty of a pizza. Super thin crispy crust, so I had really high hopes. Unfortunately, the hot oil completely dominates the flavor profile so much so that you can’t really taste anything else. Next time, I’ll definitely order it without the oil.

Eggplant, Onions and Basil is the best toppings combo at Colony Grill. You also can’t go wrong with a cheese pie here. Super thin, no flop and crispy.
