1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Pretty average. The bland, acidic sauce, characteristic of this build-your-own style joint, is kind of a downer. The crust is actually much better than expected, which makes 1000 degrees stand out among the rest.

No flop, very little grease. Sauce has a little tang to it. For anyone in Gainesville this is a cross between five star and blaze.

Crust is very good thin and crunchy, toppings are unlimited, cheese was solid, sauce was flavorful. Overall a respectable pie.

Better than expected. The cheese is very tasty. Most Neapolitan pizzas are too thin but this one is better.
