Nice crisp crust no flop which is a plus for me. When I said extra sauce they actually delivered with the extra sauce. Huge plus for me on that, I gave them a couple extra tenths for that. Sauce has a fair tang to it. Not overly greasy. The pepperoni it’s self has fantastic taste. I added a couple more tenths for that as well. Good tasting crust. Has some New Haven Apizza flair to it. I’ll give it a 7.5 if the sauce had a touch more tang it would have pushed an 8 but overall it’s a really good pie.
