1000 Degrees Pizza Salad Wings

Kinda hit and miss with the flop. Zero crisp on the crust. Had one cheese one margarita…both their Neapolitan style. Very doughy. Somehow these guys got a nicely charred crust with absolutely no sign of crunch. Like not a hint of crunch even in the neighborhood. If you told me the chips at the deli next door went limp when our pies came out, I might believe you. Sauce was good. Cheese was good. The char on the crust was good…but the total crispness vacuum really doesn’t do much for me. Overly doughy. Still hope to come in and try their Roman style sometime, but I expect those will be even more doughy. Thanks to my lovely wife for the photo of the flop.
