It looks gorgeous, as a $23 personal pizza should. The sauce is clean (I think it’s just plain san marzano tomatoes) and good. The crust has good char and chew, but it is super floppy, which is to be expected on a Neapolitan. The problem with this pizza is that it’s just a bit bland. It needs some salt in the cheese or crust or something to punch up the overall flavor. I would eat it again, but it’s not the best Neapolitan I’ve had.

I must say at first glance I was expecting more. I mean look at that, that’s a good looking pizza. Even after the first bite I thought I was hooked. I’m talking top notch quality sauce. I was like “whoa”. HOWEVER, I was appalled by the flop and the crust was doughy and really nothing special. I’ll cut the sugarcoating — the crust was subpar at best. I looked like a fucking coal miner with the char all over my fingers. I digress. To recap: the sauce really bumped up the score on this, lack of crisp and mid crust brought it down.

Great flavor, withe excellent housemade ingredients like their own mozzarella. I like their pizza better than traditional Neapolitan because the crust is more firm, but with the same wood fired chewy flavor. Good prices too considering the area.

Great crust, quality simple ingredients.

Really good ingredients. Great smoke flavor from the wood oven. Could have been more crispy for sure but still delicious. A bit pricey for a 12" pie but worth it.
