Super thin, firm crust, fresh-tasting sauce. Wish there was a bit more crisp than chew but it exceeded my expectations.

No photo but great pizza!!! Best in Florence. Good thin crust, minimal flop. Not super oily but not super crispy either. The sauce had a good flavor, great quality mozzarella cheese. Main drawbacks were just the pizza being a little bit oily and the crust not being quite as crispy as I'd prefer. Overall great pizza, can't complain!!!
