A traveling wk & I love pizza (& cold IPA beer) so I stopped by 1811 which is located at a local brewery. Cedar Glade is located behind the main road but I found it & pretty happy I did. The basic Margherita style is my go to & being a “crust” junkie I ate every last bite. I can say this pizza belongs at the top of my list! The sauce was spot on & the chewy crust was as well!! Will return to try some of their other menu items. Great service & great food, more reason to come back!

This “Neapolitan style pizza” was special!- I am real particular about dough textures & sauces in general AND I am very pleased with 1811’s pizza! The sauce is killer!!! Happy to report “ZERO” heartburn! :)

The marg hit the spot. Soft and airy Neapolitan dough, cheese tasted like mozzarella, and I can still do 20 push ups after my pizza. Not bad

This type of pizza needs to be eaten as soon as it comes out of the oven. If you get it delivered expect it toto be cold. The ingredients were good could’ve used a little bit more basil but very tasty. One person could eat this pizza easily.
