1978 NY Pizza

Needs less flop but wow what a good pizza!

I had high hopes for this pizza. Don’t get me wrong it is very good. Undercarriage is perfect and it’s made fresh. As I ate more I liked it more. I was hoping this would be my first 9 but nope. Still very good.

A crisp large slice with quality ingredients and decent tang

The best New York style pizza for miles and miles. The crust, sauce and cheese all compliment each other.

A little flop. Nice crunch on the crust. Very good pizza. Maybe 30 to 60 seconds longer in the over talking mid 8 territory.

Yea I ate it all. Average pepperoni.

Specialty Review - Grandma’s Pizza! This Pizza is the bomb! It’s heavy and rich, so you have to know what you’re getting yourself into. But it’s full of flavor (cheesy, saucy, garlicky.) Really good slice and highly recommend if you’re looking for something more than a cheese pizza. 9.1 - that’s a review!

Alright Frankie, 1978 is bringing it! This slice is the richest in Pasadena. Very flavorful with a sweeter sauce. Nice crisp to the crust. These guys know how to do NY pizza. 8.9 and I’d enjoy this pie anytime!

Only greasy on pepperoni side. My cheese side had no grease. Pretty crispy except in middle. Sauce delicious, tasted sweet almost like fresh crushed tomato. Good slice, not waiting in line for it. I’m saying 6.7

Drunk pizza for sure. Could have stayed in the oven a little longer. Slightly greasy so grab napkins.

Fresh tasting ingredients, nice sauce, thick layer of cheeses. This is the Grandma Pizza
