21st Century Pizza

Decent street pizza, though overpriced for a slice. Had a nice firm undercarriage when fresh but quickly deteriorated and the top was greasy, could use more sauce, nothing special flavor wise, what was unusual was about half way through eating the slice it began to feel heavy and doughy and a lot denser than I initially thought.

There was almost no flop, good crisp to the crust. The crust doesn’t have too much flavor but is pretty good. Couldn’t really taste the sauce because of how much cheese there was. Very greasy. This would be great drunk pizza, but not the best slice.

Floppy, but interesting sauce.
