3 Brothers Pizza

I was hungry. Mack’s wasn’t open. This was a disappointment. But I ate it. Obviously.

Good undercarriage, crispy bottom. Sauce has good flavor. Not greasy. Banger alert

Very disappointing, cheese had no flavor and would slide right off. Didn’t even finish the slice, nothing to do with being a large slice.

Flavor is great. Loses on crisp because of size of the slice. If they made a normal size pizza, this could be best on the boardwalk.

The Supersized Slice. ...Taste analysis... Sauce: sweet. Cheese: creamy. Crust: supersized flop. A Supersized New York styled slice, which distinguishes it from the rest of the Boardwalk-style pizza in OCNJ. worth the extra money paid. Very light for such a large slice. Lots of flop with this slice, on an account of its size. The sauce tastes sweet, complimentary to the creamy mozzarella used. This pizzeria offers something different than many of the OCNJ pizzerias, give it a taste.

Big slice and no flop. On par with boardwalk slices. Basic sauce and cheese.

Another impressive big slice. Not quite as strong a flavor as Primavera’s or a Manco & Manco, but still had a nice crisp, thinness, and only the top had a small flop. Good stuff, recommended.

Decent

The crust was subpar and somewhat chewy. Neither the cheese nor the sauce stood out either. Decent slice to get on the go or for a football game.

Huge slices. The appearance here got a little messed up from my margarita slice being on top of it, but that’s alright, the taste was still there. The crust is pretty good here, thin despite the large size of the slice with a surprising crisp to it. Overall though, I thought the taste was average. Nothing exciting, but certainly not disappointing. Not a bad spot.

Pretty solid slice. Let me start this off by saying that I got a single slice, and not a whole pie, meaning I got a slice from an old pie that was warmed up for me. Now, onto the review. Good crunchy texture, the crunchiness made it for me. My only gripe is that it could’ve used some more sauce. Felt like I didn’t get a good feel for the sauce or lack there of, so I can’t review the sauce specifically. Also, side note, their slices are huge. Very filling slice. All in all, this was a pretty good slice and would return again.

Fucking great

This pizza is honestly a let down. Yes the slices are huge, yes there’s a pizza challenge, yes it’s called 3 brothers but it’s nothing impressive whatsoever. Those 3 Brothers need to get together and make a new pizza recipe. It doesn’t standout on the boardwalk and I’m not sure it will be there next season. 4.3

Big slice, but it doesnt really sacrifice quality. I feel like i got a slice that was laying out for a little, but still wasnt bad. I like the crisp a lot. The sauce and cheese were nothing spectacular, but i liked the ratio because it worked well with the crispy dough.

solid slice, cheese to sauce ratio was a little shaky. crisp and size made up for it though.
