Good cheese, sauce and dough, very nice, great flavor. But it needs more charcoal/ more heat. Dough is fully white.

Wonderful pie. The cheese came off a little too salty and savory for me. That’s just my bias. I think it masked the sauce. Otherwise great!

The sauce is amazing, a little flop abd the crust is good as well.

Chico says it’s a 6.3. Dave was a bit off
