Established in 2003 & also known as “Cuatro Hermanos,” the menu here is diversely extensive. Along with the typical Italian style food that most pizzerias serve, they also offer plenty of Mexican options including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, etc. As for the pizza, there’s just no nice way to say it: it’s absolutely atrocious; some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Aside from the awful overall taste, this is a “Sahara pie,” dry AF, like the dough was made from sand. The sauce is extremely lacking in quantity & quality. This is also known as a “Saline pie,” unbearably salty, overpowering any other flavor whatsoever. The cheese is a strange blend, doesn’t taste like mozzarella; I believe it’s a Mexican cheese like Enchilado or Oaxaca, perhaps contributing to the saltiness. While the dough is firm, it’s also super dry and tasteless with thick flavorless crust. But the worst part of the entire pie was the huge clumps of raw flour underneath each slice. I understand flour is used to prevent sogginess and moisture buildup but I’ve never seen massive clumps stuck to each slice like that. Putrid pizza, borderline inedible; I threw away 6 of the 8 slices. I can’t even sugarcoat it; they have no business making pizza here. Even though I haven’t tried their other food, they need to stick to the Mexican fare and abandon the pizza game entirely.
