Pizza Review
Not much crisp happening not even on the crust... a little too thick and a combination of herbs/spices that weren’t anything special. Not much flop but the dough, sauce and cheese weren’t anything to rave about. With that said it does get made in a wood Fire oven and it taste fine if you’re not coming to do a critique. Also the pressure to give a good score was on with the owner being a table away talking to customers. One bite, everybody knows the rules.
