850 Degrees Wood Fired Pizza

Individual size cheese pizza, 6:30pm on a Friday, $13.96 Pros: The pizza is good here if you don't order a plain cheese like I did today. The crust had some wood fired char Cons: $14 for a personal pizza that has no flavor. Barely any sauce on this, only a couple coastline bites - but that's about 5% of the pizza Verdict: This review pains me to write, as I've long considered 850 Degrees to be the best pizza in Ridgefield. I usually get toppings however, like garlic and some fresh basil. Without toppings, the flavor was nonexistent. If there was sauce to be found beyond the occasional flavor oasis, that could have saved it. Today's pizza tasted like wildly overpriced cheesebread.
