90 Second Pizza

A 7 because I’m not a fan of this style of pizza. However, the crust has an excellent savory flavor. All the ingredients were good quality, overall I would get this again.

Good crust, light, nice benchmark pie. Flop brings it down a little could be 6.9

Thin and floppy. Not offensive, but nothing special. Pep is good, cheese is too much.

Not going to blow your socks off, but solid enough to say an Uber eats BOGO deal for 11.99 was too good to pass up. Would order, despite its basic overall flavor, the crust was solid and I would get again.

Got it extra crispy half Arrabiata and half 90 second. Extra crispy is the way to go

Nestled right off the main strip in Georgetown lies this reliably quick eatery - as you’d expect since it’s literally in the name. 90 seconds is exactly how long it takes this thin crusted Neapolitan pizza to come off the oven’s spinning slab. The pizza is solid, but two issues keep it from earning the gold. First, you’d expect a pizza as thin to be a bit crispier. We’re talking doughy flop here, which makes it fall short of really earning its Neapolitan stripes. Second, I found the mozzarella forgettable. With the sauce understated and the cheese is a tad bland, it just ends up being a well made pizza with little character. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s GOOD pizza. It’s as good as any restaurant pizza with a good oven - but it could use another half turn around the oven and a cheese with a little more personality.

Basic Cheese pizza. Dough was a little white for my liking. Under average Neapolitan pizza.

burnt crust with a lot of flop and grease. not a fan of the cheese or sauce

I asked for a Margherita but it didn't seem like they had any fresh mozzarella so they used low moisture. The crust also needed to baked a little longer at a higher temperature to be true neopolitan (though this may be because I came pretty close to opening and the oven hadn't reached the proper temperature yet). All that said, it was still pretty damn delicious! The high rise time on the crust was the stand out. Cheap and amazing.

Sorry Davey, I had to get toppings. Bread was to soft, sauce delicious and cheese just good. Definitely not a football pie. Real FOB Italians cooking.
