900 Degrees Brick Oven Pizza

Dough was good. Had a nice crisp but still a lot of flop. Good football pizza

They have the option between brick over and regular gas oven. Just depends on what you want. This is 100% real Italian pizza. Undercarriage is solid with just a little bit of flop. Crust is on point

Soft and chewy for being a wood oven cooked pizza - not my style. Big flop but a good looking undercarriage... reminds me dominos

Got the half and half. Margherita and Florentine. Great flavor and not a lot of flop.

Pizza around here sucks so i was really hoping this would be good. Huuuuge flop. Too much sauce. Just meh

Good pizza. Reminds me of Jersey. Definitely a NY Flop little heavy on the cheese but it’s a good quality non greasy cheese it has some tang to it. Would have liked more sauce flavor. It’s brick oven but not crispy on the bottom but extra points for char on the crust. Ps for the gluten free they make a homemade crust way better than most who use frozen GF dough

Pepperoni pizza was above average, but only a bit. Don’t get the speciality “900 Degree” pizza. It’s awful. Wings are also good here.

BIG New York flop. Good football pizza
