Great presentation. Plethora of toppings. The fresh (cold) Mozzarella on top was a fantastic pair with the warm dough. No flop, little to no grease. Nice char. The biggest knock was that the dough tasted more like a pita instead of pizza. I’m sure that is done purposely, just didn’t think it matched what I was expecting. Awesome atmosphere for a date night.

For Neapolitan, this is a solid 9.2 on a Neapolitan scale.

Alright Meesh, 900 degrees pizza has all the degrees for making a great pizza. Nice little spot, pizza is made in a 900 degree wood burning pizza oven making an authentic Italian pizza. Pesto was one of the best I’ve had, and let me tell you I’ve had a lot of good ones, there was this one hot little number I took home in Nashville that well that’s another story for another time. Back to the review, place makes a very good pie, only reason I can’t go higher is it cools down very quickly after getting out the oven. In the words of the great philosopher Arnold, “I will be back”.
