It’s a solid pizza BUT it felt like they took it out of the oven a bit too soon. Crust was solid but the rest of the pizza was missing that smokiness I got from the crust.

Get the Woodfire 12 once and ask for it well done. I got cheese with sausage and prosciutto. Very crispy and good sauce. Well done pie.
