Pizza shown is Margherita and the Buffalo Chicken. This wood fired oven pizza is a bit different than your traditional Neapolitan. Dough has crunch and still some softness. Sauce was a little strong in it’s seasoning and cheese was more fresh mozzarella loaf than typical wet fresh mozzarella. Buffalo chicken taste was exceptional. I would return for the Buffalo chicken pie however there are many more that I would want to eat. Definitely a place to return to, would not come for just Margherita. Buffalo Chic is 8.4 and Margherita is 6.8.
