First local pie to go up. First slice had hardly any flop, medium amount of crispness on the bottom as well as the crust. Other slices were a little greasy and the cheese was falling all over the place, however, the sauce and cheese these guys use is incredible. Onion and oregano pizza sauce and very rich cheese, first time in a while I’ve been able to distinctively taste the spices that went into the production of a pie. Great taste, makes it a good pie, above average. Only thing holding this pie back from the 8+ range is the cheese to pie ratio and the crust. If they could find a way to keep the cheesy flavor with a little less volume, I’d be a regular like I am with their cheesesteaks. 7.3
