Lil classic Margherita pizza on this fine Tuesday evening. This style isn’t my personal favorite but this is a really good pie. It’s evident that the ingredients are extremely fresh, and the crust is cooked beautifully in the wood fired oven. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better Margherita pizza around.

Pretty good taste. Very very chewy which could be due to the sour dough crust. Very good, not great but very good. I would come back for sure.

Calabrese without olives(Margherita but add spicy salami and chili oil), Neapolitan style but on sour dough. Fuckin delicious

This pizza was incredible. It’s hard to score it against regular pizza because it isn’t! I could have easily eaten the entire thing but I needed to save room for their gelato!

Very good sourdough crust and great fresh motz made in house. The tomato sauce was fresh but lacked overall salt and would have been better if the olive oil were a bit more pronounced, perhaps even grassier which, together, would have contributed to a beautifully seasoned pizza...but then again, this is Neapolitan style which often exudes “fresh flavors” but can be a tad underseasoned (the flavor profile is similar to Da Michele in Naples just the crust here is a bit softer). Overall a very very good pizza, but as a native New Yorker who has tried a variety of pizzas and styles…this one cannot get top scores. Great place to go out on a date though. :)

Good coal fired pizza. Great tasting sourdough crust, crunchy and chewy. Had the Margo and added pepperoni. Pepperoni is freshly sliced in house and is a little too spicy for my liking (not hot/spicy, too many spices). The mozzarella is great and is made in house using Wisconsin curds with gives the cheese a great creaminess without being greasy. A really good pizza, especially compared to the poor selection of pizza this area has to offer.

Due to freshness of ingredients - super watery/soggy. Fork and knife pizza. Super thin crust beneath ingredients. Not great overall taste.
