Lil classic Margherita pizza on this fine Tuesday evening. This style isn’t my personal favorite but this is a really good pie. It’s evident that the ingredients are extremely fresh, and the crust is cooked beautifully in the wood fired oven. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better Margherita pizza around.

Good coal fired pizza. Great tasting sourdough crust, crunchy and chewy. Had the Margo and added pepperoni. Pepperoni is freshly sliced in house and is a little too spicy for my liking (not hot/spicy, too many spices). The mozzarella is great and is made in house using Wisconsin curds with gives the cheese a great creaminess without being greasy. A really good pizza, especially compared to the poor selection of pizza this area has to offer.

Quality ingredients. Wood fire oven made pizza. Italian style. Definitely recommend.

Nduja and mushroom. Sourdough bread super light. Ingredients super tasty and light. We come here a lot. Lots of flop. Wood fired crust a must

Due to freshness of ingredients - super watery/soggy. Fork and knife pizza. Super thin crust beneath ingredients. Not great overall taste.
