Ordered the Smoked sauoand pepperoni, with one slice of cheese. The cheese was SPOT ON! Pepperoni curled up to hold its own greasy goodness! I didn’t get the “PitMaster” but I will next time! Hand tossed Italian Caputo dough, authentic prime brisket , championship pulled pork, house made smoked sausage, red onion, extra virgin olive oil sautéed baby portabello mushrooms, signature bbq rub and striped with our competition bbq sauce
