VPN style pizza in a traditional wood burning. Fresh, premium ingredients. Simple, straightforward approach. Solid choice. Pizza is best on a Friday or Saturday night when the oven is screaming hot. Other times, like today, the pizza can be a bit “blonde”. Great chew.

Neopolitan Pizza done to perfection. I cannot say there is one thing that could be done better. Sauce is a high quality tasty tomato. Cheese is salted just right, the crust was crunchy and soft with no flop. Worth traveling from out of state for.

I have to second the 7.1 score, the ingredients were fresh, and the basil added to the flavour. The brick oven, gave it that little smoky taste as well. Crust was very doughy and it lacked the crisp. Overall 7.1, delicious, but needs to be a little crisper.
