Pizza Review
The round sicilian is very interesting. About 1 inch thick crust, yet holds shape and is light and fluffy. Reminds me of a Pizza Hut bread stick but as a whole crust with no disrespect at all. Sauce is hearty, mild undertones of some sort of wine. Mild on the tang. Mozzarella cheese on top was soft and meshed well with the crust, parm for a little kick. Would probably order meatballs on it next time. All in all, had a home cooked feel and taste to it and was very good. Cool option to mix it up from the typical pizza around here.
