Good crust char. Good undercarriage. Minimal flop. Thin NY-style crust. Can ask for light cheese like I do and make it more New Haven-style. Good pie overall.

I got a grandma pie and two cheese slices. The grandma pie is the worst I've ever had thicker than sicilian no cheese super dense dough. The slices were not much better.

Solid pie. Little bit thicker than a typical NY slice. Cheese and sauce are not spectacular but they get the job done.
