Made a spontaneous stop here since I’ve never had Roman style Pizza before… I was pretty impressed with the style, overall and enjoyed the thick yet “airy” dough. The sauce was definitely fresh, but the cheese was nothing special. The place does lose some points for the price($6 a slice) and a little too much crust.

The cheese pizza was a solid 7 with the crispy crust and it being a solid pizza. I give the Margherita pizza a 6.8 because it was great but it’s just not my style of pizza. If you do like Margherita style, I definitely recommend it though.

Roman style pizza. Only got the slice, thicker crust, doughy but good. Sauce was good. I like a little thinner pizza but overall not bad.

Roman style pizza with lots of crust, good cheese to sauce ratio. Prefer a thin crust NY style but a good cheese pizza to fulfill a craving
