I’m usually in sync with Dave in terms of reviews. We like our pizzas in the similar style.
Thinner, crisper little on close to well done, tangy sauce, good cheese, light crust.
That’s that’s exactly what this pie is.
If that’s the style you like asked for it they’ll make it perfect . And my philosophy was pizza. It’s no different than a good steak. If you want it medium rare you tell them medium rare if you want it medium well you want it medium well. If you want less sauce, extra cheese, you ask for it. It’s a different story if you just grabbing a slice then if that’s what you’re judging that’s what you can judge if I’m buying a whole pie I tell him how I want it.
