A3 | Pizza • Pasta • Parm

I got the cheese pie well done and cut in 16s. Great tasting crust, good char / undercarriage / crisp. If you agree with Dave’s take on pizza, this is your place around here. The vast majority of the other good pizza is bar style, artisan, or Neapolitan. The rest is football style, 7.7 at best. This stands above them all.

After hearing from multiple people that I should try A3 I finally decided to give it a try. It was... meh. Not great. I was given 30-35 minutes for pick up and I got there 25 minutes after ordering and the box did not seem too hot. Felt a bit cold and stiff once we went to eat it. Kind of cardboardy in the crust. A lot of unique flavor but not enough to lift a score over the general unsatisfactory quality. Kind of sat in the stomach like a brick too. Just tasted like old, stale pizza. We also got mozzarella sticks. It seems they try to make these themselves which I give them credit for but they were gross. $15 for 5 sticks and we threw most of it away. Stale, dry, and way too bready. If I got the pizza right out of the oven maybe it would have been better... but it is also hard to imagine the quality dropping so far so quickly. I may give it a try again someday but there are so many good pizza options around that it will be a long while I am sure.

Pizza was really good but the crust was like eating tortilla chips

Toppings Sausage spinach and ricotta were excellent and rightly portioned, sweet chunky sauce flavorful cheese good crust cooked perfectly.

Great stuff. A bit of flop but great crust all around. Cheese is also a notch above. Highly recommended!

Loved the cheese blend and high quality roni. The undercarriage was ELITE!

Pepperoni with hot honey was freaking amazing

Nice crust/dough flavor. Sauce flavor reminds me of papa ginos, which is a good thing. Crunch is decent. Little bit pricey for a plain cheese pizza compared to others in the area. Strongly recommended but the price loses a couple points here for me.

Very very good.

This Meatball Mushroom Pie was cooked to perfection! Just a really great pie, and a great order by me.

That’s ah nice.... you like ah the juice?!?!

Good solid pizza

Very good pizza, love the crust.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, pizza is just about if not the best in this area!

Best pizza in the Silverlake area

Delicious

Living in an area that is 90% Greek pizza A3 is a breath of fresh air. Don’t get me wrong the bar pizza around here is good but eating Greek pizza is like swimming in a plate of oil, I just can’t eat that stuff anymore. A3 is an Italian style pizza with a nice crust and tasty sauce. They are a little pricy but not too bad considering the quality of the product. I also love the fact that I can order online and specify a pickup time. It’s a good football pizza but they don’t open til halftime of the late games, I wish they opened in time for 1 PM kickoffs, I deducted .3 for the hours. Well worth the 25 minute drive for me.

Amazing crust

One of my favorite pizzas in the area. Little flop, but really crispy, great sauce and crust!
