Folks, there needs to be a different scale for Greek style. very traditional Boston area Greek style pie, best when it is fresh, (does not reheat well). This slice
had more sauce than usual…and the sauce was rather zesty, which goes well with the cheese blend. The style is never high on my list, but a fresh one occasionally does the job. I ask when fresh pie is coming out. You’re welcome for the reality check
