Love Deep dish here. Tried hand tossed. There is some flop. The crust and cheese are solid. Reminds me of pizza from Boston.

Pizza is pretty good but...but the must have here is the garlic knots...

Hands down best Chicago style in the state of NC... gotta be true Chicago though to tap into the 9s

Y’all trippin that pizza is ass.. sauce is terrible, sausage tasted out of a can or something..sorry but the deep dish just was not real good

Sauce was delicious, crispy crust, no grease. Cheese was good. Very good overall pizza.

So I’ll start off by saying, I’m not normally a deep dish guy. I prefer hand tossed or thin crust. But today, I decided to try something different. We ordered the Meathead pizza from ACME, and it wasn’t bad. Just wasn’t for me. It looked great, and tasted good. The crust was still crispy, even under all the meats, cheeses, and sauce, which caught me off guard. My favorite part was the sauce, it has a nice bold flavor to it. Nice, robust flavor that I couldn’t get enough of. I even took a chunk of tomato off the pizza and ate it alone, that’s how good the sauce is. Everything else was put together nicely, a nice spread of cheese and toppings. Overall, it was enjoyable. However, I’m still not a deep dish fan. I’ll try their hand tossed next time.

First off, the sauce is very good. Very robust tomato flavor, you can tell they are using top quality ingredients. The crust is a little plain for authentic Chicago style. I think it’s just a thicker version of their traditional pizza dough. great pie though, and awesome beers on tap and atmosphere. I can easily see why this is a top spot in Holly Springs, just prefer a more buttery crust for Chicago style.
