Pizza Review
One of the most unique pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust and cheese jumps out. The cheese has a milky quality unlike any I’ve ever had. Thin crust delicious and holds up to the considerable amount of cheese being used. Different bites have different tastes depending on how much cheese. Taste and char of crust exceptional. Overall execution is fantastic. Just a tad too much cheese for my taste. Only thing stopping me from getting into the eights is my own personal bias. Overall taste is good (not great)and lack of crunch in crust are what’s missing. In fairness, the chef clearly isn’t shooting for a crunch so it’s no slight to the chef. Artisanal isn’t really my thing, but this is absolutely worth long distance travel. I tried the eggplant Parm which did not impact my score and it was world class. Highly recommend this place.
