AFFINITO Pizza Parlor and Cafe

This pizza is very good. My favorite was the Sicilian. You know they know what they are doing when they vent the box. Would come again!

This place is special. Light and crunchy with a bright sauce with just enough oregano to let you know it’s there. The best pizza in the Valley hands down.

What you see there is the Brooklyn style pizza. Whenever I hit up Affinito I ALWAYS order that pie coupled with either a plain or some sort of specialty pizza. The pizza made here is without a doubt one of the best in the area. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried it. It’s always a pleasure to chop it up with Chris who’s the owner.

Limited number of pizzas made per day with homemade dough, fantastic sauce and fresh mozzarella. Wait times are always over an hour but holy cow is it worth the wait. Absolutely rockin pizza joint. A must visit for anyone within drivable distance of Emmaus.

Easily the best pizza in the Lehigh Valley. I drive a half hour just to get their pizza. Consistently perfect, as the owner makes every pizza himself. I always know what to expect, since the same guy makes the pizza every time. I highly recommend their pastas as well. Cash only and often a wait on the weekend, so plan ahead.

After have 2 slices on my first visit I immediately announced this is the best pizza in Emmaus. I way under sold it. It is some of the best pizza anywhere. A good starting point is the plain pie it is crisp and has a amazing sauce. You will never throw away a crust. It is great end to end. White pies are equally amazing, they need to be tried after you get past the awe of plain pie.
