Aiello's of Brooklyn

Light, airy crust, though has a little New Jersey flop. Cheese to sauce ratio is solid. Sauce has a prominent tang to it. Leans more towards “good neighborhood pizza” than “football pizza”.

We must have gotten a bad batch because this did not live up to the scores at all. Has potential but just didn’t hit. Would try to Sicilian to give another chance.

Margherita pizza

Real deal square slice. Super tangy sauce, high quality cheese. Can’t speak for the traditional but the square is excellent. Not as good as Brooklyn Square in Manalapan/Jackson though

vodka with meatball pizza!

Best part is the dough; the flavor and the texture it. Sauce and cheese are a good compliment. We tried it during the corona quarantine and it was cold by the time I got it home so I’ll have to try it again for a fair score.

Hands down one of the best pizzerias in NewJersey, and trust me there are not many! Crust was light airy sauce was great and the cheese you could tell was high quality. All around a fantastic pie

Great crust/dough. Would give a 8.7 for that alone. However, it missed on the cheese. Was a bit too salty and texture felt like it was a school pizza. Got the individual, "baby" Pie. Had really high Hope for this spot. It's good...far from great.

Tasty sauce and fresh mozzarella, some flop. “Large” pie was a little small for $18 and could have been a little crispier. Would definitely have again though.

Good. Not great, but good. Sauce was sweet, could’ve used a little more of it on there. Crust was really good, but rest of the pie was lacking crisp and super floppy, but stayed together and didn’t fall apart. Overall good would eat again.
