Very good pizza, nothing amazing stood out to me, but everything blended well together, crisp crust, sauce was tangy, the cheese had a slight but of grease but not much. That square slice is what is called “upside-down pizza” its got fresh mozzarella melted under the sauce. It really locks in that crust away from any sogginess. I really liked it. I’ve had upside down from one other place La Famosa in Holtsville. While this square didn’t top that, it wasnt bad at all, i could eat it every damn day, and its the slice i recommend here out of the two that i tried. Id rate the upside down a notch higher than the regular for sure. The service was absolutely a 10. Definitely stop here if given the chance.
