This place has a Sicilian better than spumoni. That's what they are known for. The sauce on top Sicilian. If the toppings were better quality I would give it at 9

Going to be blunt about this but the place is losing a full point right off the bat because of the Trashy young girl behind the counter who ignored the customer standing at the counter so she could tell her story where every other word out of her mouth was a curse word to her co-worker. She continued to ignore me and eventually another girl came up to take my order. The entire time I was there the first girl was just going on and on and fat shaming and cursing up a storm to the point where the co-worker had to tell her to watch her mouth which she ignored. The price there is great and the regular slice was amazing but the review is on the sicilian. The dough and crust was perfectly cooked it had a nice bite to it but the terrible source that was extremely salty ruined it for me. It tasted like cheap canned sauce with just a bunch of dry herbs and a ton of salt added. The cheese was under the sauce so there was no bite to that and you couldn't even taste it. Hire better work

Surprisingly very good (had the upside down square).

I googled “oldest pizza places on Long Island” and this place popped up… since 1957?!! I’m in. Didn’t have any old school vibe on the inside, all young kids working ~ not what I was hoping to find ~ no display, no pie even ready actually.. had to wait 15-20 min but that’s ok ~ got a freebie. It’s good! Crust was nice and soft but it was a football pie really… rarely see that.. overall flavor good. Bonus review: that Grandpa or upside down… very strange taste on the sauce, not to my liking… I’m going 6.8 on that one. Looked good though 🤷🏻‍♂️ Since 1957… 65 years. No one over 23 working there. Weird math ay oh. Lol

Pretty good crust, overall a decent slice. The squares might be the way to go.

place is known for its old fashioned sicilian .. it’s actually pretty good the dough has a good grinch and the combination with the sauce on top cheese on the bottom isn’t bad... it’s pretty standard

Best on long island.. hands down..its about the square slice not the traditional.. amazing

I got a cheese slice and the upside down slice but this review is for the cheese slice. Very thin, a little flop but crispy, good flavor in the sauce, nice cheese and crispy crust. I'm very impressed

Great flavor! Little Copaigue flop, yet still crispy. The sauce and cheese taste great. Definitely lives up to the hype.

My specialty the vodka slice. What a great slice from this low key, hole in the wall pizza joint. Felt like I was in the early 90s walking in here. A great slice the sauce was like Nonna’s vodka sauce from the old country. The crust was stale or maybe burnt - whatever it was it wasn’t helping. Tastes better than it looks. A solid slice.
