This is the easily the best pizza in downtown Memphis. A little floppy on the first 2 bites but after that it was crisp perfect. Cheese to sauce ratio is perfect, crust is perfection. Great football pizza or date night pizza. Aldo is a true Memphian as well.

Yikes.. no Bueno! If you are looking for NY Pizza this is not it. Had a good undercarriage, but give it two minutes and the lake of grease will make it limper than a Jack's pizza on a lonely Saturday night. Not for me. Maybe for some, but no not I.

really wanted to like this pizza. guys in the store are friendly. the pizza is undercooked and the dough has the structure of a wet noodle. the added garlic oil post oven is superfluous as the pizza is so greasy already.
