No flop crisp crust with a nice tang to the sauce. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Pan style at the Fishers location. An absolute unit of a pizza. Very doughy. Sauce is heavy and tastes more like a pasta sauce than a pizza sauce. Crust is dry and bland. Had to resort to dipping in ranch. People from Indiana for some reason like dipping pizza crust into nacho cheese, so maybe that’s the local move. The cheese blend is delicious though, and there is lots of it. Burnt top adds nice texture and the under layer of cheese has a good melt. Cheese is definitely the best part of the pizza. Overall a fine pan pizza to eat with wings and drinks while watching sports. Bonus review: The wings here are a legit 9.1. Cannot go wrong with either their proprietary Herman-style rubs or their buffalo sauce. ELITE sports bar environment.

Sauce is killer. Crust is a lot but flavorful. Cheese and pep solid too. XP for uniqueness

16 Thin Crust pepperoni. Really really tasty pie! Thin and crispy. Very little flop. Sauce was really tasty. Toppings under the cheese which I really dig. My only qualm is the cheese, there’s just a bit too much for my liking. Overall really good though!

The outside of the pizza is a great tavern pie. The middle is a little rough. Little less cheese and we’re in the 8’s. Perfect outside crust. No flop on the edges. Well done Ale Emporium. Will become a regular guest.

From MI and was last just before the pandemic hit and have thought of this place since. Thin crust today and it’s really good. Crisp and sauce are there plus that cheese done just perfect. The deeper dish is also great but thin was on my mind today.

The pan pizza is basically Chicago-style in Indiana. Crust is slightly doughy, but nothing severe. Good flavor. Too much cheese, so order extra sauce.

Got a deep dish today with Sausage, Pepperoni, Basil deep dish crust is flakey toppings are deep with flavor. I would order again!

Another deep dish that doesn’t live up to the hype. I’ve heard great things about this place and unfortunately this was a flop. Pizza was cooked properly it just doesn’t taste great. Missing something. Bunchhh of cheese. Sauce coulda been from a can. Dough was alright. Come here for drinks, atmosphere, and their AMAZING chicken wings. Not the pizza.

Hands down.... great pizza. I may not have eaten more pizza than Dave Portnoy, but I have eaten more than Dave Portnoy. 7.7 is a fair score.

Talk about a cheese overload. Crust felt like I was biting off a piece of Mount Rushmore. Good sauce and pepperoni.

Yo. Good color. Cheese is extremely fresh and very stringy. This to me just isn’t what I consider good pizza. To be fair this place isn’t know for their pizza and I love this establishment. They actually have the BEST chicken wings you’ll ever eat so long as you get the Hermanaki style. Pizza wise...nah. It’s not much more than crust, sauce and cheese. This one was the standard thin crust with cheese and basil. Sauce was basic at best. Tasted like generic tomato sauce. Is what it is. Come here if you want badass chicken wings, not pizza.
