Pan style at the Fishers location. An absolute unit of a pizza. Very doughy. Sauce is heavy and tastes more like a pasta sauce than a pizza sauce. Crust is dry and bland. Had to resort to dipping in ranch. People from Indiana for some reason like dipping pizza crust into nacho cheese, so maybe that’s the local move.
The cheese blend is delicious though, and there is lots of it. Burnt top adds nice texture and the under layer of cheese has a good melt. Cheese is definitely the best part of the pizza. Overall a fine pan pizza to eat with wings and drinks while watching sports.
Bonus review: The wings here are a legit 9.1. Cannot go wrong with either their proprietary Herman-style rubs or their buffalo sauce. ELITE sports bar environment.
