Margherita has a nice sauce and crunchy light airy crust really good Nonna same airy crust sauce not the star

This looks s for the Nonnas pie. The fresh mozzarella cheese is a perfect combination of creamy and salty. Sauce is very distinct on the sweet side but not too sweet. Crust is excellent, but cook it for 5 more minutes and crisp it up a little bit and this pie is easily in the upper 8’s

Thin, crispy, cheesy. Sauce was insanely flavorful. Couldn't take a pic before devouring this. Best I've had this far north in jersey
