Absolutely no flop. Rock solid under carriage even after sitting 15 min with sausage and pepperoni hitting it. The sausage didn’t have much flavor though or this would have been in the 8s. If you’re in the N Tampa area give Alfonso’s a try. One of the oldest pizza joints in the area

I generally prefer a pizza that is a bit sloppy with a lot of flop and that is not what this one offers… Still a really good pizza though and I’d definitely recommend them. Great place and great staff as well!

Really really nice crust. Might be the best crust ive ever had. But then the sauce and cheese were both terrible..if it wasnt for the crust this would of been high 3s
