Great Pizza. Dave would love this place.

No flop. Good under carriage. Minus .1 for drip. Could use a little more sauce for my taste. Overall well done. Recommend.

Tried both a classic Neapolitan and Bianca ala Romana white pizza (photo). Crust on Neapolitan was outstanding while the toppings were a bit bland. But, with a bit of extra Parmesan, was very good. The white pizza was excellent. Very good crust with nice crunch and pizza overall well done (well carmelized). Definitely a good place to visit in Old Saybrook!

Great crust! Little too much cheese for the thinness. Good flavor in sauce, not overly seasoned. Oily, but overall taste is excellent.

Thin, buttery crust- this might be controversial but I prefer non-coal fired, which this was. I enjoyed immensely!

Thin crust, brick oven (sadly lacking a char taste though), bar style “mootzarell” pie with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan on top. Not a bad pie... pretty decent for the area!

Alforno BBQ Chicken is excellent. The slow cooked chicken sticks out with a subtle taste of BBQ sauce and onions. Too bad they won’t let you split their pie toppings in attempt to scam you to spend more.

Nearly perfect original cheese pizza. Wow.

Solid pizza. Crisp crust at the edges bit more doughy toward the ends. Sauce has a little tang.

Good sauce, little greasy, mediocre crust. Overall, price too high for an average Slice, might as well drive 25 mins to New Haven for world class

White pizza was very good

Great cheese mix and crust. Sauce is just average. A little tart for me but overall a really really good pizza. Well worth it. Specialty pizza (Bianco) was really good as well.

Great slice, okay flop and great crust, perfect amount of crunch, not as good as a New Haven pizza but well worth it.

Sad Penn State won but happy to be with my friends watching some great football!
