Alfredo's Brick Oven Pizza

A serviceable pie that didn’t quite come together for me. The pepps were loaded, sometimes stacked two at a time, but their spice didn’t pair well with the thick, savory cheese or the overly sweet sauce. Crust was on the chewy side. I was satisfied, but would have preferred a more even flavor profile.
