Alfredo's Pizza

Alright Frankie—$14.99 large NY style pie. First look, I didn’t think I would like it. It has an enormous amount of flop. Not too greasy. Cheese is delicious, and crust is very tasty. My problem is that it is not crispy at all and very doughy. If they would cook it like 2 minutes longer, it would be mid to high 7s without a doubt. I’m contemplating putting it in my own oven to finish it off. Taste: 7.9 Appearance/temperature: 5.9 Average it out to 6.9
