1 cheese slice, 12:15pm on a Sunday, $2.68
Pros: Really tasty slice, the saucier bits were great. Nice thin piece with a good crisp to the undercarriage. It's not firm or floppy, somewhere in the middle but the cheese, sauce and crispiness all hit just right. Excellent crunchy crust with some nice hollow spots and bubbling.
Cons: Big dry patch on the right side of my slice, like it was cut from a half no-sauce pie. Pretty big dry patch there but the other side was good enough to compensate.
Verdict: Very happy with my slice today, even if there was an inexplicable large area of missing sauce. The rest of it was delicious. Way better than I expected based on previous ratings.
