All Fired Up Brick Oven Pizza

This review is for the Food Truck that is related to this business. No flop. Good undercarriage. Nice crispy crust. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Good tasting cheese. Sauce on the sweet side. The pizza wasn’t bad, but every time I tried to take a slice, the cheese fell off entirely. Perhaps it just needed to be cut better with the pizza slicer.
