Not very memorable, gets the job done

Good slice of pizza if you’re in the area. Too much flop and pretty flavorless sauce and cheese to be rated out of the 6s. Very cool to have a slice spot that also serves beer.

Not bad a lot of breading not that much sauce

Got it delivered to my hotel and it was still nice and hot. The slice was big and I was prepared for the crust not to hold when I picked it up, but it maintained its integrity and never drooped! The cheese and sauce was not too heavy and perfectly accented THAT CRUST. The crust is thin and crispy with those beautiful black marks left by the brick oven. Grease did run off of the slice eventually, but it never tasted like too much. They didn’t automatically bring me paper plates (which is something I never think of asking for but inevitably need in a hotel room). However, delivery guy had a thick Philly accent and that’s just icing on the cake.

Sauce abs crust were very good! But the pizza was a bit greasy

Had some work in/around the Penn campus today and there were a few options... but this spot’s been around for 35-40 years? It’s tough... because I go to so many spots and obviously... I’m no Dave Portnoy and these poor souls pick up a slice that’s been sitting for hours and have no clue what’s about to happen. I will say though... despite the clearly old, sitting slices, I was actually impressed with it to a degree. It was MILES from great... but at least it wasn’t bad. Absolutely zero crisp... seems like I can’t catch a break in the crispy department lately. Overall it was undercooked. Cheese was average, but the sauce left a bit to be desired. You’d think after 40 years they could shed the “college drunk pizza” reputation... but... no. I’d love to get behind the counter and get these guys to leave the damn pies in the oven for 3 more minutes. Oh well. That’s a review.

Crispy good taste I like it a lot

Had no flop, but way to much grease. I should have gotten more napkins with my pizza for sure . Crisp crust but a little to crunchy for my standards , I like to finish the crust and in this case I threw the crust back into the box... This is definitely a late night drunk spot . The pizza was not too fresh , feel like it was sitting out day . Large slice for $3.50.

Solid football pie, no flop, little doughy but solid pie overall

Disappointed horrible flop way way too much grease and not just from the pepperoni drunk pizza for sure
