Pizza came out piping hot. Could of cooked it 1 more minute. Slight flop. Sweet sauce. Good cheese. First pizza in California I’ve had. I like a bit more crisp to the crust. Not bad, could be very good football pizza. Enjoyable with a glass of Pinot Noir. First Pizza review in California. There it is.
