Pizza itself is pretty good. The sauce is sauce, it complimented the dough beautifully. The pizza was kinda doughy though. Crust was fluffy, but average. Great location too. Right across from Nationals Park. It gave me the energy to flee from the park after shots rang out.

Some of the best pizza DC has to offer. Crispy dough, tangy sauce. Make sure you order the lemon butter garlic knots. They’ll change your life

Good crisp, and great crunch on the crust. Sauce left alot to be desired with the spice but overall a good pie. Was thinking 6.8 , but the Great service, great appetizers, and dog friendly atmosphere (plus my ladies insistence) pushed me to a 7.1. Best pizza in the Navy Yard.

The “Buona” is a game changer. The sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had. Overall it was a tad oily and the dough was just ok, but a solid pizza nonetheless.
