Amante Pizza and Pasta - Kent

Seems to be more of an attempt at "artisan" or "traditional" pizza. Ingredients are good, but sauce is very mild, pizza is greasy and dough lacks a true crunch, also flops. Personally prefer more crunch and less flop. Not bad but not great.

Super greasy. Big time flop. Little doughy. Good flavor in the sauce.
