Amazing Pizza & More

Great cheese, that’s what made the pizza. I thought about it. It’s an 8.3-8.5, it needed salt or a kick to it. I kept tasting the cheese and I’m a sauce guy. Not the cheese was great but if there was more sauce it would have been a higher score! I can taste how fresh everything was, from the salads to the pizza

Had a great slice in Salem! Jackie the owner is world class and makes an honest name for her joint. Had the regular “cheese pie” crust was nice and crispy mozz had that homemade taste and the sauce was nice and light with a slightly sweet tomato base. Overall I was pleased with the pie I’ll have to come back to this place soon!

In town for the witch shit. Stopped by here. Jackie was great and so was the staff. Pizza was amazing, we will definitely be back! A little more crisp would be PERFECT!

Star of the show is the sauce. Great San Marzano taste. The pizza was doughier than I would prefer, leaving an inconsistent ratio of sauce, cheese and crust. Good place in Salem.

Strong undercarriage and a chewy mouth feel. Good wood-fired flavor on the crust. The sauce is light on flavor, but otherwise solid pizza for the area.

If you like Monty’s, you will like APM. Monty’s, the dough was like cauliflower texture and this was similar.

Gah! This one was so tough for me. The pizza looks and smells amazing. The crust was chard and crisp, the owner is a sweetheart and the restaurant is clean, modern and welcoming. The runway was clear to land a mid to high 8 on this one. Unfortunately, the taste just didn’t match my expectations. There’s no doubt the ingredients are fresh, but I thought there was not enough sauce on the pizza and the crust was not as flavorful as I had hoped. Still a good pizza by most standards, but not what I was expecting. And obviously it’s just my opinion as it seems many others, including Dave, had an exceptional experience here..

Parma on top, Big cheese on bottom. 8.3 for the Big Cheese. Super fresh and high quality ingredients. San Marzano sauce is well balanced.

Good crisp. Good flavor. Little too much oregano.
